of steelhead reproductive strategies and artificial kelt reconditioning. The anticipated start date for this project is June 1.

| Fishery Technician II |

This is a field intensive project that is primarily conducted
aboard a boat working in inclement weather (wind, cold, rain,
sometimes snow) between March and May. Most of the work will be
hazing sea lions with pyrotechnics, but some sea lion trapping
and boat based enumeration surveys will be conducted. The duration
of this position is limited to three months. The anticipated start date for this position is March 1.

The manager is the CEO of the company and, subject to the direction
and control of the Board of Advisors as required to comply with Section
7873 of the Internal Revenue code and the company’s LLC agreement,
is responsible for carrying-out the company’s business. The
Manager must be experienced in fish processing and marketing. |
