Columbia River
Forecasting Group
- The Joint Operating Committee (JOC) was established through the Direct
Funding Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) between BPA, the Bureau, and
the Corps for the asset planning, maintenance, and operation of the
FCRPS. The River Management Joint Operating Committee is a sub-committee
specifically dedicated to reviewing the practices, procedures, and processes
of each Agency to identify changes that could improve the overall efficiency
of the operation and management of the FCRPS projects.
